July 22nd, 2020 | 10-11am, PDT

Summary

We’re living in turbulent times, to say the least. Across the globe, leaders of teams and companies are facing ongoing pressures as a result of the pandemic, social unrest, political battles and more.

This webinar stars Kaye Foster, former head of HR at Johnson & Johnson and Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group, Board Member at Agios Pharmaceuticals and Spelman College, and Chair of the Board at Glide Memorial Foundation. Stanford Professors Huggy Rao and Bob Sutton will interview Foster about how leaders can prepare themselves and their teams to endure, learn from, and bounce back from crises.

You Will Learn:

  • To decide what matters most (and least) during a complex and surprising crisis
  • To use this time as an opportunity to change outdated practices and strategies
  • To reset expectations and operations—and why it’s the best time to do so
  • To avoid burning out and stay healthy
