Michael Fors

Michael A. Fors, Ph.D., is an Executive Leader in Boeing’s Leadership, Learning & Organizational Capability (LLOC) Team, driving transformation toward a 2025 vision. Before Boeing, he was Executive Leader of Learning at Microsoft, transforming Microsoft’s sales, consulting services, and other divisions to achieve Microsoft’s Digital Transformation vision. Michael was a Business Strategy Leader in Microsoft Windows, driving intrapreneurship and the transformation of all Microsoft product & engineering teams. Among other things, before Microsoft, Michael was Chief Learning Officer of Intel University, where he led all learning & internal consulting, including leadership, management, and employee development. Michael is an adjunct professor at Stanford University and the University of Washington, where he teaches on innovation and entrepreneurism.

Michael Lepech

Michael Lepech is an Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Senior Fellow at the Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University. Michael’s research, teaching, and practice have taken him around the world teaching green design and entrepreneurship topics. As an instructor, he has taught numerous executive education and professional education courses on topics of finance, leadership, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in the US, Brazil, France, Korea, South Africa, and China. He has co-founded four companies in the US and China-based on his research in advanced construction materials. Michael joined the Stanford University faculty from the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and Environment.
