Kaye Foster

Kaye Foster is an adviser, philanthropist, and former senior vice president for Global Human Resources at Onyx Pharmaceuticals. She works with CEOs, leaders and teams to help ensure an organization's long-term success by defining the values behind its culture, and then incorporating them in systems and practices to reinforce individual and collective behaviors. Previously, she was chief human resources officer and an executive committee member at Johnson & Johnson.

Huggy Rao

Hayagreeva Rao is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, teaching courses such as Human Resources Management and teaching within two Executive Programs: Stanford and Human Resources. He has is widely published in the fields of management and sociology and studies the social and cultural causes of organizational change. His recent work investigates the role of social movements as motors of organizational change in professional and organizational fields. 

John Lilly

John serves on the boards of directors for Figma, Crew, Caffeine, Clockwise, and Nuro, as well as the non-profit organizations Code for America and Voting Works. Previously, John was a general partner at Greylock and CEO of Mozilla. John has held positions on the executive team at Trilogy Software and as a senior scientist in Apple’s research labs. John holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, and is a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
