About the Speaker


huggy-rao.jpgHayagreeva Rao is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, teaching courses such as Human Resources Management and teaching within two Executive Programs: Stanford and Human Resources. He has is widely published in the fields of management and sociology and studies the social and cultural causes of organizational change. His recent work investigates the role of social movements as motors of organizational change in professional and organizational fields. Rao has drawn on his knowledge and expertise to conduct workshops for British Petroleum, McDonald's, Aon, Bristol-Meyers, General Electric, Microsoft, the FBI, and the intelligence community.
